More Colorado Highlights

Mike really wanted to take Lucas on a big climb with Uncle Mark. The Flatirons where perfect so one afternoon we headed up to the 3rd Flatiron to send off the boys on their big climb. Lucas did amazing! I think he went up 3-4 pitches (400ft) and decided that was enough. I was so proud of him and I know Daddy was too!Their off!First belay station...you can see Uncle Mark by the tree and Daddy with Lucas below him. The other person climbing in the back ground was not part of the party.
Axel and Mommy hiked up to the base to cheer them on...and eat a few sticks.
